Delivery

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on working days before 3:00 PM on the same day, provided that the items are in stock. If you click on the color and size of your choice for the item you want to order, the delivery time of the relevant product will be displayed. This will appear above the order button.

Different delivery times apply to custom-made / made to your specifications. An indication is mentioned on the product page in the description. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.


The prices quoted do not include shipping costs.

We ship orders from Monday to Friday. Delivery of articles by the parcel or postal carrier takes place from Monday to Saturday.

You can pay with iDEAL, iDEAL is a joint initiative of Rabobank, ABN AMRO, ING Bank, Postbank, ASN Bank and SNS Regio Bank. With iDEAL you can pay for your online purchases in a trusted, safe and easy way. You pay in your trusted internet payment environment of your own bank and use the same tools as with Internet banking.

As an internet banker, you can use iDEAL directly, without having to register for it. Always state the order number of your order. You can find your order number in your confirmation email. If you have not received a confirmation by e-mail, you can call our store or send an e-mail to service@horseridersclassics.nl. To pay for your order, click on the iDEAL logo. Then choose your bank and you will see the payment ready there. You sign as you are used to with Internet banking at your own bank. A payment with iDEAL is immediately debited. We receive an online confirmation, so that a fast delivery is possible. You can pay with us for free with iDEAL.

Warranty and complaints

Guarantee

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to a warranty claim. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.

The warranty provisions of the manufacturer apply to all delivered articles, insofar as this concerns manufacturing and material errors. The term of the manufacturer's warranty is usually 1 year. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects. As soon as third parties have worked on the product, our warranty expires.

Complaints

It can always happen that something doesn't go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing customer service@horseridersclassics.nl.

As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
