Cleaning

The leather part should be moistened with EGO7 boot cream to maintain its elasticity and durability. Leather boots should be dried after wearing and stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, away from direct heat or sunlight, to prevent cracking and stiffness.

EGO7 shoe polish leather conditioner also provides surface protection against aggressive external agents, maintaining ideal moisture and cleanliness of the material. Apply EGO7 boot polish carefully, making sure to cover the entire leather surface with a brush. Wait a few minutes, and polish with a wool cloth. Use boot trees to ensure the boots retain their original shape. Use the handy included inflatable boot trees to keep them in perfect shape.

The inner panel, made of E-tex, which provides extra durability and resistance, requires ZERO CARE. This means you should not apply any polish, cream, spray, or grease. Chemicals can irreversibly damage it. Clean it with a damp cloth to remove dirt.

Zippers

We'd like to compare them to your car tire to help you understand some mechanical issues. The lifespan of zippers depends primarily on how you treat them, just as the condition of your car tires depends on the type of driving you do, the driving conditions, and the amount of driving you do. Here are some additional tips for you:

• We recommend having someone else close the zipper for the first few days. Leather riding boots should be tight and high to accommodate for expansion and sagging with use, but this requires some care when putting them on during the first few days. It's especially recommended to stretch the elastic band when closing the zipper to prevent excessive strain on the zipper.
  
• Always make sure that the zipper of your riding boots is fully open when putting on/taking off your boots, you can use the practical inner flap to carry them.
• Cleaning the zipper is an important point, if there is dirt such as grease or sweat, it can prevent the normal closing/opening of the zipper and can eventually tear or suddenly brake.
• Also make sure that your clothes or anything else doesn't get caught in the zipper mechanism.
