Delivery
We carefully do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM will, if the items are in stock, be shipped the same day. When you select the color and size of the product you wish to order, the delivery time for that specific product will be displayed above the order button.
For custom-made or made-to-specification products, different delivery times apply. An indication is provided in the product description on the product page. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet the stated delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.
The prices listed exclude shipping costs. Below is an indicative overview of all shipping rates (including 21% VAT where applicable). The final rate is always shown at checkout:
Please note: The rates mentioned apply to standard-sized packages. For heavy items or large-volume packages, such as blankets, we reserve the right to charge higher shipping fees. You will then receive a payment request for the additional shipping costs.
Specific areas or islands may be excluded or subject to higher shipping rates.
Delivery is carried out by the postal service or DHL parcel carrier. For international shipments outside the EU, we use FedEx or a local courier. In general, delivery will take place on the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Delivery by the postal or parcel carrier occurs Monday through Saturday.
Delivery time indications:
- We have this product in stock. Orders placed and paid before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same working day (Monday through Friday).
- We receive this product from the supplier within the stated number of working days and then send it to you.
- These always have a longer delivery time, which is specified in the product description.
Payment
Payment
At horseridersclassics.com, you have several options to pay securely and easily. You can pay with iDEAL, a joint initiative by Rabobank, ABN AMRO, ING Bank, Postbank, ASN Bank, and SNS Regio Bank. With iDEAL, you can safely and conveniently complete your online purchases. You pay within your trusted online banking environment at your own bank and use the same tools as with regular online banking.
As an online banking user, you can use iDEAL immediately without registration. Always mention your order number, which you can find in your confirmation email. If you haven’t received a confirmation by email, you can call our store or email service@horseridersclassics.nl. To complete your payment, click the iDEAL logo, then select your bank and confirm the payment as you normally do with your bank’s online banking system. Payments made via iDEAL are immediately debited. We receive online confirmation, which allows for quick delivery. Payment with iDEAL is free of charge.
You can also pay with PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and Credit Card.
Prepayment
You can pay via bank transfer or giro to: Horse Riders Classics in Ansen. Always mention your order number. You can find it in your confirmation email. Once payment is received, we will ship your order. If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, call our store at +31522 – 555 444 or email service@horseridersclassics.nl.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment method(s): Pay Later. Payment must be made to Klarna. Warranty and Complaints
Warranty
We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it can sometimes happen that an item is damaged during transport or that something else occurs that gives you the right to claim warranty. By law, you are required to report any defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange repair or replacement free of charge.
All delivered items are subject to the warranty conditions of the manufacturer, insofar as they relate to manufacturing and material defects. The standard manufacturer’s warranty period is typically 1 year. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. If any third party has worked on the product, our warranty becomes void.
Complaints
It may always happen that something doesn’t go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing: klantenservice@horseridersclassics.nl.
As of February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. You can find this platform at: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not yet been handled elsewhere, you are free to submit it through the European Union platform.
