The eggbutt is a standard cheekpiece. The fixed rings cannot move freely, resulting in more direct rein aids and a relatively stable position in the mouth. In addition, the design prevents the lips from getting pinched, meaning bit guards are not required with this cheekpiece.

The Inno Sense Hard Port is made from synthetic material. The tongue port creates additional tongue relief, reducing pressure on the tongue and distributing it more evenly over the bars. This makes the bit ideal for horses with sensitive tongues or horses that stick out their tongue. The Inno Sense Hard Port is rigid and non-flexible.
