TRUST Sponge bit

The Trust Soft Touch Foam Sponge Loose Ring Bit has a thick layer of soft, semi-porous foam molded around the nylon core and bit guards with foam lining to prevent the bit from pinching the corners of the mouth.

Originally designed for horses with very sensitive mouths, this bit is also useful for horses that have suffered mouth injuries as part of the rehabilitation process.

The loose rings attach directly to the nylon center strap, resulting in a mild direct action when pressure is applied to the reins.

The delicate nature of the foam material can mean that if the horse chews on it, it can cause damage to the mouthpiece or in extreme cases breakage. We are unable to offer a warranty on these bits.

Use this bit in combination with Trust Wunder Elixer for recovery of irritated corners of the mouth.
