VAT account registration
At Horse Riders Classics, you can check out without paying VAT if you meet the following conditions:
- You are a business-to-business (B2B) customer, and your company is located outside the Netherlands.
- You are registered as a business customer within the EU. If you meet both conditions, you can shop with us without paying VAT. The VAT will be immediately deducted from your purchase amount, and your invoice will be issued with 0% VAT.
Register as an EU VAT-exempt customer To register as an EU VAT-exempt customer, please follow these steps:
- Create a customer account and fill in the form below.
- We will check the VAT details (VIES-check) and set up your account to make VAT-free purchases. Please note that this may take up to 24 hours
- You will receive a message from us that everything has been approved and set.
- After this, you can always make VAT-free purchases by logging into your customer account.
