10% discount on almost the entire range
At Horse Riders Classics you benefit from a customer discount: special discount of 10% on non-discounted items and almost all brands if you order with your customer account. Curious how it works? We are happy to explain to you how you can take advantage of this discount.
Customer discount
If you are logged in as a customer, you will receive a 10% customer discount on non-discounted items and almost all brands, just like in the store. This means that you will receive a 10% discount on a large part of our range, even as a new customer!
Please note: the price after discount is not visible on the collection or brand page or on the product detail page, but you will only see it appear in the checkout. You can consult your shopping basket and discount prices at any time.
I am already a customer of yours with an account. How do I log in and receive the 10% discount on suggested retail prices?
- You go to 'My account' at the top right, between the search field and the shopping cart. Choose 'Log in'. If you are already a customer and know your password, enter this information and click on 'log in'. Important: Use the same email address you registered with in the store.
- If you are already a customer, but do not know your password, enter your e-mail address and click on 'forgot your password?'. You will now immediately receive an e-mail in which you can create or change your password. Once the password has been changed, you can log in with this information.
- Didn't receive an email? Take a look in your spam box. Is there nothing in that and were you a customer with us before 2023? Then you probably missed the notification to reactivate your account. You can contact us to receive the invitation email again.
If you have successfully registered, you can immediately benefit from a 10% discount on non-discounted items from almost all brands with the discount code: HAPPYCUSTOMER. Products that you can put together yourself, the so-called custom products, are excluded from this promotion.
How do I become a customer and receive a 10% discount on my order?
- You go to 'My account' at the top right, between the search field and the shopping cart. Select 'Create account' here and fill in your details.
- You can then also choose whether you are a private individual or would like to buy on behalf of a company. If you buy in the name of a company not established in the Netherlands and wish to receive an invoice, please enter your company information and valid European VAT number. The VAT will then be deducted in the checkout and you will therefore immediately pay for the purchases with a discount and excluding VAT. Read more about registering as a VAT-free customer here.
- If you want to change something about your data, you can always do so via 'my account'.

If your request is approved, you receive a notification that you can shop VAT free from that moment. The VAT is then deducted at the checkout and you therefore immediately pay for your purchases with a discount and excluding VAT.
